Monoammonium Phosphate (NH4)2HPO3, also known as ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, with molecular weight of 115.2, appearance of white crystal, relative density of 1.803, is stable in the air and easily soluble in water that aqueous solution is acidic. It is mainly used for the fire retardant (such as the eliminate ember agent of stick and the candle core) of wood, paper and fabric, or as coating additive, power eliminate a printing plate and medicine industry, as well as efficient compound fertilizer. Currently, this product mainly used as the raw materials of phosphorus flame retardant and dry powder fire extinguisher. Monoammonium phosphate dry powder fire extinguisher, the best alternative for Halong fire extinguisher which shall destroy the oxonosphere, which is harmless to humans and animals, also well know as the “green fire-extinguishing agent” for that it could build up fertilizer if it used as forest fire fighting, which could accelerate the growth of the plant.
Brief description of production process:
Adopt advanced tubular reactor process for production. After the Phosphate rock (plasma) reacted with sulphuric acid, carry out liquid solid separation to obtain wet phosphoric acid which shall concentrated to be concentrated phosphoric acid.
